Diaphragm pumps are the most widely used, offering good chemical compatibility and reliable long-term performance. Solenoid-driven units are compact and suited to lower flow rate applications. Motor-driven pumps handle higher flows where greater output is required.
Material selection is important when specifying dosing pumps for aggressive chemicals such as concentrated acids, sodium hypochlorite, or ferric chloride. Wetted parts must be compatible with the chemical being dosed to prevent corrosion, contamination, and premature failure.
Used across sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, RO plants, cooling towers, swimming pools, and industrial process systems, dosing pumps are a standard component in virtually every water treatment setup.
