Dosing tanks are available in a range of capacities to match the chemical consumption rate and the refill frequency that suits each facility. Larger tanks reduce the frequency of chemical deliveries and replenishment, while smaller tanks are appropriate where space is limited or chemical turnover is high enough to avoid storage concerns.

Standard fittings include outlet connections sized for the dosing pump, as well as filling points and venting. Mixers can be added where chemicals need to be agitated to maintain concentration, and level indicators help operators monitor stock and schedule deliveries before the tank runs dry.

Used in all types of water and wastewater treatment facilities, dosing tanks are available as standalone vessels or as part of a complete chemical dosing skid that integrates the tank, mixer, dosing pump, and controls into a single pre-assembled unit.
